Veteran’s Appreciation Luncheon
Our luncheon will begin "mock-tails" in the lobby, followed by delicious meatball "Heros", salad, dessert, iced tea and coffee. A $5 suggested donation is appreciated, but not required to cover the cost of ingredients *; veterans' meals are complimentary.

May Community Center’s Volunteers In Action (VIA) is honored to announce Judge Ed Emmett will speak at our annual Veteran's Appreciation Luncheon. Best known for serving as Harris County Judge during Hurricanes Ike (2008) and Harvey (2017), Judge Emmett was also appointed by President George H.W. Bush as Commissioner of the Interstate Commerce Commission (1989 - 1991), and served a member of the Texas House of Representatives (1979 - 1987). As an added bonus, Commissioner Tom Ramsey will be in attendance as our special guest.
